RANCH CHICKEN 4-6 boneless skinless chicken breasts 1 package dry ranch dressing mix 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp onion powder 1/4 tsp dill weed 2 Tablespoons diced green onion Place chicken in crockpot. Combine all remaining ingredients with 1 1/2 cups of water. Pour over chicken. Turn crock pot on and let it simmer for a few hours. When chicken is done-make some rice and use the juice/sauce in the crockpot to pour over the rice then put a chicken breast on top of rice and there’s dinner. I’ll put my crockpot on low in the morning before going to work and when I get home from work the house smells yummy when I walk in the door and it’s ready to eat. This is great on those hot summer days since your not using the oven to heat up the house.
