Hi Joy! You do not know me but I feel I know you and Gary. I have heard you speak a couple of times. The last time was at the San Diego or Del Mar Singles Conference. You were both wonderful. I tried to find the fireside Sunday but my GPS was on the blink…too dependent on technology.
I attend an older singles ward 45 plus in the avenues, and my calling is to bring in interesting and inspirational speakers once a month to our Family Home Evening Group. We would have 50 to 60 usually. Most are either diversed or widowed and but for this FHE Group Monday nites would be hauntingly empty and lonely. If you no longer have regular family nite obligations I would like to invite you to be part of this family, or let us be part of your family for one evening.

My husband and I adopted 2 boys. I have a friend in my ward who her husband and she adopted 2 special needs daughters. I bought Joy’s poem ” Adopted ” and would like to purchase a copy for them. If you could please let me know, if this is available to obtain I would be thrilled to share it with them.
